How I Support Clients
As a bilingual therapist in Florida, I help teens and adults navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Whether it’s therapy for teens with ADHD or support for adults with ADHD, my work combines clinical expertise with my lived experience, allowing me to connect authentically and empower clients to thrive.
About Me
Born in Haiti and raised in New York, I bring both cultural awareness and personal insight into my work as a therapist. After being diagnosed with ADHD at 42, I chose to turn my own challenges into a source of strength and empathy. My journey has shaped how I support others, allowing me to connect deeply with teens and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and life transitions.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and family in Orlando, attending Sunday service, and practicing new ADHD tools. Life as a wife and mom keeps me grounded and fuels the passion I bring into therapy.
