  • Roll your shoulders slowly forward and back.
  • Stretch your arms overhead and exhale.
  • Gently shake your hands, feet, and head like you’re shaking off tension!

While I love my gym time or a good jog, when I need a mini reset you might find me playing the song “Shake it off” by our beloved Taylor Swift, shaking my head, shimmying my shoulders, and moving the energy in my body.
